Content Creator & Graphic Designer
(Part-Time, Remote)

Fixxology Drinks is looking for a creative and detail-oriented in-house Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with our company and take ownership of our brand’s visual storytelling.

This part-time (10 hours per week), remote position is perfect for a talented designer who loves crafting engaging social media content, fun marketing materials, and franchisee-friendly promotions.

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Graphic Design & Branding: Create all corporate flyers, social media graphics, and marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency.

📱 Social Media Content Creation: Design eye-catching visuals and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

📣 Franchisee Support: Develop 16 unique pieces of content per week to help franchisees market their Fixxology locations effectively.

📝 Marketing Meetings: Attend a weekly marketing team meeting and a monthly roundtable with franchisees to discuss content strategy, brand updates, and marketing initiatives.

📊 Strategy & Growth: Work closely with the Director of Marketing to evolve Fixxology’s brand presence and ensure our content strategy stays fresh, relevant, and fun!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in Graphic Design & Content Creation (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
✅ Strong understanding of social media trends & best practices
✅ Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content
✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
✅ Passion for branding, marketing, and visual storytelling
✅ Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Bonus Points If You:

⭐ Have experience in franchise or multi-location marketing
⭐ Love custom sodas, cookies, and community vibes
⭐ Have a knack for fun, witty, and engaging copywriting
