How Birthday Bingo Works

1. Pick up a bingo card.

Grab your official Birthday Bingo card in store at any participating Fixxology location.

2. Buy items on the card.

Order the featured drinks, treats, and menu items shown on your card. Have a Fixxology team member mark each completed square.

3. Complete a bingo or blackout.

Complete a full row, column, or diagonal to earn a Bingo entry.

Complete every square for a Blackout and receive additional entries.

4. Turn in your card.

Return your completed card to a participating Fixxology location by August 31 to be entered.

Birthday Bingo Details

Promotion runs August 1 through August 31.

Completed cards must be turned in by August 31 at a participating Fixxology location.

Purchase is required to complete eligible squares. Prizes are subject to availability. Free Fixxology prizes may be subject to redemption limits and additional restrictions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I participate if there's not a location near me?

No. You must be able to purchase products from a Fixxology location to compete so you need to be near a physical location to play.

Can I fill out more than one bingo card?

Yes. Customers can submit multiple blackout bingo cards. Customers may not submit multiple cards with only a single bingo, the card must be a complete blackout before submitting card for a new one.

If I use doordash, will I still get credit for my purchase?

Yes, if you bring a valid receipt into store to show proof. Bring your delivery receipt into your local Fixxology within 5 days or ordering and you can get your bingo card marked off accordingly.

Can I win the grand prize and compete for additional prizes?

No. Each winner may receive one prize. You are not able to win more than one prize.
